After graduating from a degree in Computer Science, Rencie wanted to pursue his interest in jewellery and fashion design by setting up a business. Since 2004 Rencie’s design work has become well respected in the Philippines and abroad. At the same time he was also developing his career as a teacher, running regular workshops at the Fashion Institute of the Philippines, British School Manila and as a visiting lecturer, substitute teacher and temporary teacher at International School Manila.

He has joined local and international fashion shows, trade fairs and exhibitions.
He recently decided that he wants to develop his career in a slightly different direction and focus more on marketing so moved to London where he has just completed an MSc in International Fashion Marketing from the British School of Fashion - Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU London).

Rencie Santos is influenced by the shapes, colours and textures of places that he has personally experienced and from photographs of far away places which he can only experience through the eyes of others.
